Meet Yourself Here
A few honest minutes a day. A lifetime remembered.
The book is out now. The app is LIVE on the App Store.
Meet Meridian is a private, self reflection app. It gives you a place for the parts of your day that might otherwise go unspoken. Each evening, Meet Meridian asks thoughtful questions about how your day actually went. You answer then follow the conversation wherever it leads, and begin noticing the moments and patterns that make up your life.
At its heart, Meet Meridian is about connection, and about making sure people feel seen. It grew out of years of grief and keeps a hope-centered approach. Privacy is part of the product, not fine print: reflections are private by default.
Meet Meridian is now LIVE on the Apple App Store.
Her Name Was Judy
A Memoir of Suicide Loss, Small-Town Silence, and Saying Their Names Out Loud
She was six the first time someone asked how her mother died. She told the truth. She has been paying for that answer, and fighting for it, ever since.
Built from loss.
Meet Meridian’s founder, Tracie J. Blackmon, lost her mother to suicide when she was just six and grew up in a home, and a town, that stayed silent about it for thirty years. That silence led her to years of suicide prevention advocacy, and eventually to Meet Meridian: the thing she wishes her family had. A way to be witnessed while you are here, and to be remembered in your own voice after you are gone. A few honest minutes a day may feel like a small thing. Over time, the small moments become a life, remembered.
Built from one family’s silence, so other families do not have to live in it.
Available now in Kindle and paperback.
